Not every project needs the same level of support. Some teams already have a finished format and only need a studio. Others need recording and finishing. Some need a production partner who can connect the idea, people, production and delivery. We define the engagement around the responsibility we actually need to take on.
Three collaboration models
Recording
We provide the studio or field-production setup, cameras, lighting, sound and crew within the agreed scope. The client arrives with a defined format, content and production organisation that remains under their control.
Recording and post-production
In addition to recording, we handle audio and video post-production, editing, colour, graphics, subtitles and the agreed final versions. Before production begins, we define the scope, review process and useful deliverables.
Complete production
We can join from format development or adaptation and production preparation, through recording, post-production, reviews and delivery. This model is useful when the client wants one accountable production partner instead of coordinating several separate suppliers.
The process
- Initial conversation and brief - we understand the topic, purpose, audience, participants, intended format and any known timing constraints.
- Format and scope - we define what is being made, responsibilities and useful output versions.
- Preparation - we align scheduling, location, set, technical plan, materials and participants within the agreed engagement.
- Recording - we produce in the studio, on location or remotely, depending on the format.
- Post-production and review - we prepare review versions and follow the agreed feedback and revision process.
- Final delivery - we export and deliver the agreed versions for the relevant platforms.
How a proposal is formed
The proposal depends on the format, number of episodes, participants and locations, preparation, post-production scope, number of output versions and platforms, and the rhythm at which the content needs to be produced. We do not publish one generic package intended to fit every project. The scope is defined clearly before work begins.
Practical questions
- Can we engage only the studio and technical team?
- Yes. When the format, content and organisation are already defined, the engagement can remain limited to recording.
- Do you produce audio-only podcasts?
- Yes. A project may be audio-only or have parallel audio and video editions.
- Can you edit material recorded elsewhere?
- Yes, after reviewing the material and agreeing on a realistic scope.
- Do you create short social cuts and vertical versions?
- Yes, when these outputs are part of the agreed scope and useful to the distribution plan.
- Can VisionsHQ help develop the format?
- Yes. We can help with ideation, structure, production feasibility and the design of a repeatable format.
- Do you record outside the studio?
- Yes. We organise field production when the location is part of the story or format.
- Do you support one-off projects and recurring series?
- Yes. The scope can be one episode, a limited series or ongoing production.
- Can raw material be delivered?
- Yes, when raw-file delivery is agreed in advance as part of the scope and delivery plan.
